    Please read before purchasing webinars

    How do I choose which webinars I want to purchase?
    The website navigation bar on the left will take you to a description of each webinar.  If you are not sure what you need, give Helen a call. You can also go directly to the shopping cart to choose and purchase webinars.

    How do I register and order the webinars I want to purchase?
    Go directly to the shopping cart and hit "purchase" on each webinar you want to buy.

    Will I receive an confirmation e-mail? 
    Yes, please make sure your e-mail program is set to allow e-mail from hberman@helenberman.com.

    How many times can I view a webinar?
    Viewers can watch the webinars from the same computer as often as they like within a three month period.

    Can other people watch the webinar I purchase?
    Webinars are single-user only. Please register ONE WEBINAR VIEWER per webinar.  Please register each viewer by entering his or her name and e-mail address.  You may also purchase and register groups on the registration page.

    How do I register and order webinars for groups?
    At checkout you will be asked to enter e-mail addresses for each attendee. For purchases of 20 or more webinars, please call to arrange for a group webinar session.


    How do I view the webinar?
    Upon purchase, you will be sent a link to view the webinar. Registered viewers must view the webinar from the same computer on which they log in. This is because webinars are viewed from this site only; they are not downloadable.

    You can contact us by email.Go to the contact page for details.

    Do webinars count as educational units toward my Berman Media Sales Master Certificate? Yes, each webinar counts as one educational unit for which you are a paid registrant. Please keep a list of the webinars for which you are register and view to submit when you are ready to apply for your diploma.  Our records will also tell us, by name and e-mail, what webinars you have purchased.

    How can I schedule a follow-up Q&A session with Helen?
    Call Helen directly at 310-230-3899 to register and schedule your individual or group Q&A session.

    Refund policy:  There are no refunds for on-demand webinars
